DControl for CER ramextruders gives the producer the possibility of supervising entire machinery parks. All functions are handled at the extruders and administered central on a server. DControl is divided in different function groups and can be supplied to different variants. DControl has a self teaching heater control, in order to obtain an optimum result. Also it includes a speed- and pressure controller to optimize the extruding procedure. A touch screen gives the operator a perfect overview over all data and the situation of the extruder and makes easy to setup all parameters. All datas are sensored directly at the machines and forwarded to the server. The server collect all informations and shows all data about the situations in real time.
